Deformation behavior of rubber composite based on FEA and experimental verification

چکیده
Abstract A novel separating device, Inertial particle separator (IPS), has been developed recently to separate solid particles and protect the turbine engine from erosion damage. Herein first, an advanced model based on IPS was proposed investigate deformational behavior of deformable separator, meet higher requirements sand discharge pneumatic demand, which are operated under hostile working conditions or environments severe climate conditions. We established a three-dimensional (3D) nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) bump consequently, core centerbody. The essential material parameters FEA were obtained via experimental data (tensile testing). By comparing influence these factors (pressure laying angle), centerbody discussed. Finally, simulation results with (Schlieren testing), found perform high reliability accuracy, demonstrating great capability in precisely predicting characteristics practical environments.
